# Original automotive forecourt — 12 October 2026

Facility, garage/office glazing, cladding, planting beds, facade surface grain and environmental layout are original Finesse simulator geometry/code. The code-generated trunk/branch/leaf trees remain a loading fallback. This is a conceptual automotive facility inspired by the business, not an exact replica of its Canton property. No people, parked cars, unrelated signs or photographed businesses appear in the current scene.

Adaptations: pure-sky JPG resized to 4096×2048 desktop and 2048×1024 mobile WebP; radiance HDR retained at 1024×512. Asphalt diffuse and OpenGL normal maps converted to 1024 desktop / 512 mobile WebP, with 1024 roughness. Texture tile is 2.08 metres, matching the source's approximately 2.1-metre scan extent. Normal scale is intentionally subtle; no geometry displacement.

The rendered backdrop uses only the cloud sky. Lighting/reflections include original facility geometry captured once for Daylight/Evening. The earlier Suburban Parking Area files and their credits remain as unused legacy assets in the protected history/source; the rejected urban-courtyard prototype files were moved to local scratch storage and are not runtime dependencies. No remote Poly Haven calls occur in customer sessions.

## Landscape refinement — 16 October 2026

The distant scene uses two original AI-generated tree cutouts, produced with the built-in OpenAI image generation tool for this project. They were cropped from the retained transparent source and optimized to desktop/mobile WebP using existing Sharp. Runtime files: tree-maple-high.webp, tree-maple-mobile.webp, tree-elm-high.webp and tree-elm-mobile.webp. The two instanced batches now total 102 triangles. These are distant landscape billboards. Daylight/Evening tint and reflection captures are coordinated.

The six nearest trees use original code-authored volumetric trunk/branch geometry, layered leaf clusters, a five-leaf botanical atlas and fine bark grain from lib/nearby-trees.js. Their geometry and textures are created for this application; no additional third-party tree asset is used. Mobile and desktop variants share the same scene layout with different geometry budgets.

Original image, complete prompt, generation method and saved paths are retained in docs/model-sources/landscape/trees-original.png and ASSET-NOTES.json. Concrete apron, slab joints, office door, canopy and roof trim are original geometry. Existing CC0 sky and asphalt sources above are unchanged.

## Shop branding and gardens — 16 October 2026

The existing official Finesse Customs wordmark is reused on the facade, office and welcome monument, and in the page header. Services/location panel typography is original SVG artwork using the business details supplied for this application. Perimeter and outer-office tree beds, low shrubs, red/white curved flower petals and stems, and world-scale brown wood-chip mulch are original code-authored geometry/textures from lib/shop-landscaping.js. Garden foliage reuses the original botanical atlas from lib/nearby-trees.js. No additional third-party landscape asset or runtime dependency was introduced.
